Terms of Service

1. Parties
KemerGo (Company) and user of kemergo.com (Customer). By using the site, Customer accepts these terms.
2. Services
Company organizes excursion tours in Turkey. Customer submits request via site, manager confirms details. Payment — at our office on arrival.
3. Booking
Site request is not a contract — it's a booking inquiry. Contract is formed after manager confirmation and payment. Customer can cancel before that without penalty.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation 24h before tour start. Less than 24h — 50% fee. No-show — 100%. Force majeure (weather, illness) — case-by-case.
5. Liability
Company is responsible for tour organization per description. Not responsible for: customer's personal belongings, lateness, actions of third parties.
6. Changes
Company may change tour program due to weather, technical issues or other circumstances. Customer is notified in advance of significant changes.
7. Governing law
Governed by Turkish law. Disputes — Antalya courts.
