KemerGo (we, us) operates kemergo.com, organizing tours in Turkey. Contact: privacy@kemergo.com.
Data we collect
1) Name, phone, email — when you submit a booking or register. 2) Chat messages on the site. 3) Technical data: IP, browser type, visited pages. 4) Payment data is not stored by us, handled by payment provider.
Why we use it
To process your booking, contact you via your preferred channel, send confirmations and reminders, improve the site and analytics, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do NOT sell your data. Sharing only: with guides for tour execution (name, group size), with Resend for emails, with hosting provider for site operation.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Email privacy@kemergo.com. We reply within 30 days. Complaints — to local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (auth) and analytics cookies (opt-in via banner).
Retention
Booking data is kept 3 years after last activity, then deleted. You can delete your account anytime in profile settings.
Children
Not intended for users under 16. If you're a parent and believe your child shared data — email us, we'll delete.
